This is spot on. Excellent analysis and perspective. I refuse to believe that the nation’s leading tech company is unable to analyze their recruitment methods and hiring practices to determine how it impacts diversity. So my assumption is that is just isn’t that important to them or that they are fundamentally unable to push through their biases to find solutions.
